AYAKO passed away peacefully on November 02, 2018. Ayako was born on March 15, 1925 to Hidetaka and Shizu Muraoka in Los Angeles. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Masao and their sons Jon (Karen), Chris (June) and Kenneth; grandchildren, Erik, Jaime, Allison, Cynthia, Megan; as well as many relatives.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Kazuo, Hideo “Dave” and sister, Kiyoko. Her self-sacrifice, thoughtfulness and caring for others have influenced all around her. We miss her dearly. Private services were held on November 16, 2018 at Kubota Mortuary and burial at Rosedale Cemetery.
