(92) passed away on October 11, 2014 in Laguna Woods, CA. He is survived by his wife, Aileen Tanida; daughter, Sue (Rick) Tanida; siblings, Teruzo (Misako) Tanida and Katsuko (Johnny) Yamada; sisters-in-law, Rose Woods and Helen Worrall; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private funeral service was held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Kubota Nikkei Mortuary with Rev. Gary Oba from WLA United Methodist Church officiating.
