(95), passed away on October 14, 2015 in LA. He is survived by his wife, Misao Yokotake; children, Dennis (Yumi) Yokotake, Yoko Ohigashi, Irene Ito, Diane (Ed) Williams, and Elaine Kimura; grandchildren, Kristy Ohigashi, Matthew (Hannah), Ryan, and Courtney Ito, Kevin Yokotake, Shani (Yodai) Enoshita, Nathan Kimura, Kristi and Sandi Williams; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private funeral service was held on Friday, October 23, 2015 at the Memorial Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary, with Rimban William Briones from Los Angeles Hompa Hongwanji officiating.
