(85), Veteran of Korean Conflict, passed away on February 14, 2018 in Torrance. He is survived by his wife, Chieko Ueda; children, Karen (Richard) Shipherd, Kevin (Nikki) and Kyle Ueda; grandchildren, Michael and Cory Mayfield, Charles, Nathan and Elena Ueda; sister, Alice Umetsu; sister-in-law, Agnes Ueda; and also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 3:00PM at Faith United Methodist Church, 2115 W. 182nd St., Torrance.
