CHIEKO UEDA (89) passed away on March 24, 2025 in Torrance. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles Ueda, and is survived by her children, Karen (Richard Shipherd) Mayfield, Kevin (Nikki) and Kyle Ueda; grandchildren, Michael (Cara) and Cory (Acacia) Mayfield, Charlie (Tovah), Nathan and Elena Ueda; four great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Alice Umetsu; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private service will be held at a later date.
