(85) peacefully passed away on June 4, 2013 in Laguna Woods, CA. She is survived by her children, Ross (Debra) Tsukashima and Lori Szikra; grandchildren, Erin and Kara Tsukashima, and Eric and Melanie Carr; siblings, Choye and Akira Sugita, and Takako Yamashiro; brother-in-law, Yuku (Lynn) Tsukashima; sister-in-law, Tsuma Suminaga; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private funeral service was held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the Chapel of Green Hills Memorial Park with Rev. Nobuo Miyaji of Gardena Buddhist Church officiating.
