(46) passed away on April 17, 2012 in Los Angeles. He is survived by his mother, Sachiko Ito; siblings, Jimmy (Kristie) and Tammy Ito; nephews, Jaryn and Jayce Ito; also survived by other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 1:00PM at Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 12371 Braddock Drive, Culver City, CA. Additional parking will be available a the Venice Japanese Community Center, 12448 Braddock Dr., LA. The family requests the flowers be omitted and for casual attire.
