Dorothy Tazuko Yoshihata, 96-year-old, Long Beach, Calif.-born Nisei, passed away on September 13, 2024 in Inglewood. A private funeral service will be held at a later date.

She is predeceased by her sons, Larry and Keith Yoshihata, and is survived by her children, Lynn (Dexter) Nitta, Terri (Michael Heslar) Yoshihata of San Diego, Calif., Gwen (Clift) Imai of Honolulu, Hawaii, Ken (Herma) Yoshihata; daughter-in-law Laurie Yoshihata; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
