(96) passed away on September 15, 2015 in Cerritos. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Tanaka; children, John Tanaka and Traci (Matthew) Hall of Chapel Hill, NC; grandchildren, Alexandra and Ian Hall of Chapel Hill, NC; sister, Rose Nakamura; sister-in-law, May Tanaka; brother-in-law, Paul Yamamoto; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 2:00PM at Cerritos Baptist Church, 11947 Del Amo Blvd, Cerritos, CA. Family requests flowers to be omitted.
