(87) passed away on September 23, 2012 in Los Angeles. He is predeceased by his son, Glenn Masayuki; sister, Sumiko Saito; and brother, Fred Fumio Shirasago. He is survived by his wife, Sally Someko Shirasago; children, Gary Yukio (Paula) and Dale Teruo (Susan) Shirasago; grandchildren, Todd Makio and Laurie Someko Shirasago; sisters-in-law, Kimiko Okita, Katie Shirasago, and Marion Kimura. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 3:00PM at Senshin Buddhist Temple, 1311 W. 37th Street, LA.
