(58) passed away on February 21, 2015 in Marina Del Rey. He is predeceased by his brother, Russell Ikuta and survived by his mother, Pearl M. Ikuta; sister, Barbara Ikuta; sister-in-law, Marta Ikuta; niece, Sandra (Octavio) Castello; nephew, Andrew Ikuta; also survived by many other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 10:00AM at the Inglewood Memorial Park Chapel of Chimes, 720 E. Florence Ave, Inglewood, CA, with Rev. Ki Choi from Faith United Methodist Church officiating. Family requests flowers to be omitted.
