(87), veteran of WWII, passed away on February 19, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Sadako Mayeda; daughters, Judy (Mike) Wong, Janet (Mark) Mayeda-Letourneau, Joyce Mayeda-Wong; granddaughters, Ashley Wong and Kate Wong, Emma Letourneau, Amanda Wong; also survived by many other relatives.

 A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 11:00AM at Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist, 400 W. Duarte Road, Arcadia, CA 91007.
