(90), veteran of WWII, passed away on August 27, 2013 in Torrance. He is survived by his sons, Gilbert (Seandae) and Alvin (Debbie) Takamori; siblings, Hisako Tamiya, Roger (Florence) Takamori, and Lily Takamori all from HI; brother-in-law, Sadaichi (Hisae) Tanji from Japan; sisters-in-law, Katsuko Tanji from Japan and Mae Takamori from MD; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 11:00AM at the Chapel of Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave.,Rancho Palos Verdes with Rev. Annette Kakimoto from Gardena Valley Baptist Church officiating. Aloha attire is acceptable.
