(87), peacefully passed away on February 9, 2014. He is predeceased by his wife, Machiko Kimoto and survived by his daughters, Penny (Richard) Norris and Stacy (Brian) Saito; five grandchildren; two sisters, Mariko Ono and Barbara (Alfred, D.D.S.) Kaino; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 1:00PM at Senshin Buddhist Temple, 1311 W. 37th St., Los Angeles. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, www.michaeljfox.org.
