(78), LTC U.S. Army who served in the Vietnam War, Gulf War/Operation Desert Storm, and U.S. Army Reserves, passed away on October 10, 2018 in Thousand Oaks. He is survived by his beloved wife, Eleanor Nakada; children, Erin Nakada of Dallas, TX, Craig Nakada, Lynn (Miguel) Franco; sister, Grace Peshkin; also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A private memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the Memorial Chapel of Kubota Mortuary, with Mother Anna Olson from St. Mary’s Episcopal Church officiating.
