(93) passed away on August 25, 2017 in Los Angeles. He is survived by his wife, Gladys Nakata; sisters, Yoshino Ige and Fusae Omura: sisters-in-law, Alice (Takao) Ginoza, Doris Yamaguchi, Helen (James) Kim, Agnes Suwa, and Racheal (Carl) Takaki; brother-in-law, Ronald (Thelma) Ige; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. 

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 11:00AM at Kubota Nikkei Mortuary, 911 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, with Rev. Ryuzen Hayashi from Koyasan Buddhist Temple officiating.
