(84) passed away on January 17, 2015 in Long Beach. She is survived by her cousins, Takemi (Lina) Matsumoto, Sachiko (Ray) Shigemasa, and Ikuko (George) Kawahara; caregivers, Yukie Inoue, Emiko Arai, Leiko Brown; also survived by many other friends and relatives here and in Japan.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 4:00 pm at the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Miller Children's Hospital Conference Room A1/A2, 2801 Atlantic Ave., Long Beach. Attendees are requested to enter through the Miller Children's Hospital entrance located at the east end of the hospital. Family requests that flowers be omitted.
