(87) resident of Marina Del Rey, California passed away on February 3, 2016. He was born on December 8, 1928, El Centro, California. He is survived by his wife, Mitsuko Ota, daughters: Imogene (Brian) Imada, Vivian Wilhelm, Patricia (David) Kuramoto, and Mabel (Michael) Ota-Anderson, grandchildren: Claire Imada, Kyle Wilhelm and Dillon Kuramoto; and his seven siblings and their children.

A funeral service for Kazumi Ota will be held on February 20, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th Street, Gardena, California.
