A private burial at sea was held for Keiichi Tanno, 73 year-old, Sendai, Japan-born Issei, who passed away on February 24, 2019 in San Gabriel.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Tatsuko Tanno; daughters, Mutsuko (Lyle) Izumigawa, Nobuko and Aiko Tanno; mother, Hiroko Omiya of Texas; sisters, Tokie (Manabu) Kobayashi and Tomiko (Isao) Yagi, both of Japan; also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
