(75), Veteran of US Army, passed away on October 7, 2018 in San Gabriel, CA. He is survived by his wife, Masako Nakata; children, Jennifer (Sean Commons) and Michael (Larrianni) Nakata; four grandchildren; siblings, Richard Nakata and Jane Sakamoto; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A private graveside funeral service was held on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
