(96) passed away on August 1, 2016 in Santa Monica. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne (Stanley) Kuwano; grandchildren, Jill and John Kuwano; great-grandson, John Jr. Kuwano; sisters, Helen Hori and Ruth Tachi; brothers, Joe and Jim (Lois) Shikami; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 1:00PM at West LA United Methodist Church, 1913 Purdue Ave., L.A. Family welcomes casual attire, and requests flowers to be omitted.
