(93) passed away peacefully on April 18, 2016 at his residence in Gardena. He is predeceased by his daughter, Diane Hashimoto and survived by his wife, May Hashimoto; children, Harvey (Yuko) Hashimoto, Dr. Lawrence (Stacy) Hashimoto, Bernice (John) Diatalevi, and Michael (Erica) Hashimoto; grandchildren, Mitchell, Matthew, Hana, Emma and John; cousin, Kazuko Takeda; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in Japan.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 1:00PM at Zenshuji Soto Mission, 123 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles.
