(65), Vietnam war veteran passed away suddenly August 23, 2013 at Los Verdes Gold Course. Born in Wakayama, Japan to parents Sakuichi and Yasue Takade (both predeceased).

He is survived by his wife, Linda Takade; children, Darrin, Mitchell, and Scotty Takade; siblings, Etsuo Takade and Masako (James) Ido; brother-in-law, Paul Shintol nieces, Jamie Ann and Krystina Ido, and Tiffany Takade; also survived by other relatives both here and in Japan.
