(86) passed away on November 23, 2013 in West Covina. She is survived by her children; Kris (Akemi) Hatakeyama, Nancy (Raymond) Maekawa, and Joy (Calvert) Kitaura; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 11:00 AM at West Covina Buddhist Temple, 1203 W. Puente Ave., West Covina, with Bishop Noriaki Ito of Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple officiating. Family requests that flowers be omitted.
