A funeral service for Masako Tanihara, 96 year-old, Fresno, CA born Nisei and resident of Gardena who passed away on November 15, 2019 in Torrance will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 1:00PM at the Gardena Buddhist Church,1517 W. 166th Street, Gardena.

She is survived by her son, Steven (Irene) Tanihara; daughter Marilyn (Gordon) Yamasaki; brothers, Katsuto (Ruth) and Bob (Judy) Nakano; grandson, Craig (Stefanie) Yamasaki; great-grandchildren, Capri and Andrew Yamasaki; and other relatives.
