A private funeral service for Masami George Ozamoto (101), who passed away on February 18, 2025, in Los Angeles, was held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at WLA Buddhist Temple.

He is predeceased by his wife, Mary Ozamoto; and granddaughter, Michelle Ozamoto; and survived by his son, Rodney (Linda) Ozamoto; grandchildren, Michael, Bryan and Elyse (Lawrence Hsiung) Ozamoto; three great-grandchildren; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
