(87), Veteran of US Army, passed away on February 14, 2015 in Los Angeles. He is survived by his children, Susan and Kirk Nakagiri; siblings, Shigemi (Donna) Nakagiri, Minako Jane Shintani, and June Sueko (Jim) Akioka; brothers-in-law, Mitsuo, Jiro, Frank (Hideko), and Hiroshi (Sumako), Tadashi Roy, and Isamu Rick Tsushima; sisters-in-law, Tomiye Mary Nakagiri and May (Keigo) Obata; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 7:00PM at Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 12371 Braddock Ave., Culver City with Rev. John Iwohara from Gardena Buddhist Church officiating.
