(85), Veteran of Korean Conflict, passed away on June 20, 2018 in Redondo Beach, CA. He is survived by his children, Nora Schaffer, Lena Ng and Mark Sumi; grandchildren, Randy (Stephanie) and Magen Schaffer, and Evan and Ryan Ng; sisters, Aki Hiraga, Eiko Matsumoto and Nobuko Igasaki; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11:00AM at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave., R.P.V., with Rev. John Iwohara from Gardena Buddhist Church officiating.
