(94), veteran of WWII, M.I.S., passed away on August 26, 2015 in Torrance. He is survived by his beloved companion, Shirley Shishido; son, Dr. Randal P. (Shinko) Arase; grandchildren, Ahren (Solongo) and Lauren Arase; and great-granddaughter, Lyra Arase.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 10:00AM at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 2706 W. 182nd St., Torrance with Rev. Kenneth Suhr from Faith United Methodist Church officiating (310) 217-7000.
