Paul Kazuo Tamae, 73 year-old, Veteran of Vietnam War, Fukuoka, Japan-born Sansei, passed away on February 1, 2021 in Torrance. He is survived by his wife, Hide Tamae; son, William Tamae; also survived by brother, sisters, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral service will be held at a later date.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Paul's passing. He was a good friend and in some ways like a loving uncle, we never had. Deeply missed, Temple will never be the same without him. Immortalized in two of our books, he will live on in our memories. Never Sayonara, Tomodachi, always matta ne' until we meet again.
