(48) passed away on December 7, 2014 in Montebello. He is survived by his mother, Rose Sakurai; siblings, Kathleen Tsuruko Dunlevy and Kenneth Takao (Jennifer) Sakurai; nephew, Brendan Toshio Dunlevy; niece, Kaitlin Chiemi Dunlevy; also survived by many other relatives in the US and Japan.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at 1:30 PM at Nichiren Buddhist Temple, 2801 E. 4th St., L.A., CA.
