A private funeral service for Richard Tsutomu Nishioka, 87 year-old, Lomita, CA born Kibei Nisei, veteran of US Army, who passed away on November 2, 2015 in Torrance, was held on Friday, November 13, 2015 at Kubota Nikkei Mortuary with Rev. Nobuaki Kondo from Jodo Shinshu Shinrankai officiating. 

He is survived by his wife, Katsuko Nishioka; son, Robert (Yuri) Nishioka of England; grandsons, Ralph and Oscar Nishioka of England; also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives in the US and England.
