(93) passed away on December 24, 2016 in Inglewood. He is survived by his brothers George and Nobuo Izumi; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 10:00AM at the Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary, 911 Venice Blvd., LA with Rev. Gary Oba from West LA United Methodist church officiating.
