(91), Veteran of WW II, passed away on September 15, 2017 in Torrance. He is survived by his wife, Aiko Usui; children, Janice (Ricky Kanechika) Usui Kanechika and Alan Usui; grandchildren, Elijah, Micah and Hannah Usui; siblings, Yoneko Aoki, Frank (Susie) Usui, Mary Toma, Terry (Roy) Nakawatase, and Jim (Nancy) Usui; sister-in-law, Emiko Nishiyama; brother-in-law, Jim Nakamura; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. 

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 3:00PM at Senshin Buddhist Temple, 1311 W. 37th St., Los Angeles. Family requests casual attire.
