(96) passed away on November 16, 2012 in Los Angeles. She is survived by her children, Francis PhD (Jane), Kenneth (Carol), Milton OD (Jeanne), and Melvin (Helen) Nakano; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private funeral service was held on Friday, November 23, 2012 at the Memorial Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary with Rev. Marvin Harada from Orange County Buddhist Church officiating.
