(86) passed away on July 10, 2014 in Los Angeles. She is survived by her husband, George Azuma; children, Fredrick Azuma, Cynthia (Lee) Knight, Julia Azuma, and Carole (Natsuchika) Aboshi; 4 grandchildren; siblings, Masako Nagayama, Yoshiharu (Natsumi) Higa, Bonnie (Richard) Berck, George (Yoshiko) and Mitsuru (Mae) Higa; sister-in-law, Margaret (George) Endo; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private memorial service was held on Friday, August 15, 2014 at Centenary United Methodist Church.
