A private graveside service for Seiko Shimizu, 96 years-old, Numata, Japan-born Issei, who passed away on May 26, 2016 in Los Angeles was held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Inglewood Park Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Toshiko Shimizu; grandson, Bryan C. Alarcon; and many other relatives in Japan.
