(89) passed away on January 20, 2017 at Methodist Hospital in Arcadia. He is predeceased by his wife, Mary, and survived by his children, Lois Yamada, Dave, Gary and Julie Teramoto, Karen (Jay) Mark, Elaine (Ron) Miyamoto; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Setsuko Grace Kamachi; sisters-in-law, Maxine and Martha Teramoto; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the St. Francis Xavier Chapel (Maryknoll), 222 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles. The family requests no flowers
