DUNHAM, Steven Phillip (67), born in Dayton, Ohio, passed away on September 11, 2020 in Los Angeles. He is survived by his son, Christopher Dunham of Orem, UT; siblings, Scott (Bandhu) Dunham of Prescott, AZ, Laurence Dunham of Rochester, NY, and Karen Dunham of Olympia, WA; also survived by other relatives.
A private service was held on Friday, October 2, 2020.
