(59), passed away on July 3, 2015 in Northridge. She is survived by her husband, Eugene Lew; sons, Kevin and Kyle Lew; mother, Kikuyo Yamaguchi; sisters, Marianne Yamaguchi and Grace (Allan) Mayemura; brother, Eugene (Sara) Yamaguchi; nieces and nephews, Stephen Yamaguchi, Christopher Yamaguchi, Collin Mayemura, Lauren Yamaguchi, and Jennifer Mayemura; also survived by many other relatives.

A private memorial service was held on Monday, August 10, 2015 at the Chapel of Green Hills Memorial Park.
