(85), Veteran of World War II, passed away on November 17, 2012 in Harbor City. He is survived by his wife, Olga Yoshino Chung; children, Valerie (Rodney) Yee, Jason Chung and Debbie (John) Hiramoto; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Tai Young (Myrtle) Chung and Ruth (Haruo) Shigezawa; sisters-in-law, Chiyoko Yagi, Natsuko Aoki, Sueno Onishi and Takiko Chung; brother-in-law, Paul (Mitsuko) Oshiro; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service was held on November 24, 2012 at the Memorial Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary with Rev. Karen Fay Ramos-Young from Centenary United Methodist Church officiating.
