A private funeral service for Tsuneji Katsuda, 80 year-old, Mie-ken, Japan-born Issei, who passed away on January 21, 2019 in Yorba Linda was held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Orange County Buddhist Church.

He was a loving husband, father, and wonderful grandpa. His passions in life included travel, golf, and spending time with family. He is survived by his wife, Fukuko Katsuda; children, Jo Ann (Eugene) Hotta, Fred (Jill) Katsuda, Kathy (Roger) Lew, Sharon (David) Lund; grandchildren, Marisa, Kayla and Brianna Katsuda, Alyssa and Keira Lund, Maya Hotta, Austin and Taylor Lew; sister, Harumi Tokuyama; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
