(88) passed away on August 1, 2018 in LA. She is survived by her husband, Yoshiharu Okumoto; children, Hiroshi, Tadashi (Karen) and Yuji (Angie) Okumoto, Dr. Sachi (Dr. Scott) Wadsworth; grandchildren, Dr. Michael (Yillian) and Kyle Okumoto, Derek and Ethan Wadsworth, Mari, Keilee and Emi Okumoto; sister, Sachie Masumoto; nephew, Kazu Masumoto; niece Tokiko Sasai; also survived by many other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 11:00AM at LA Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St., LA.
