(89) passed away on March 10, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Fukunaga; children, John (Sandy), Steve (Roann) and Carol Fukunaga; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 11:00AM at Anaheim Free Methodist Church, 1001 N. Mayflower St., Anaheim. Family requests that flowers be omitted. Casual attire.
