Memorial services for YOSHIHIRO "ROBERT" MORINISHI, 91-year-old El Centro-born Nisei resident of Fountain Valley who passed away at Sunflower Gardens Memory Care in Santa Ana on November 30, 2019 will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 11:00AM at Wintersburg Presbyterian Church, 2000 N Fairview St, Santa Ana, CA. Aloha or golf attire requested. Family requests that flowers be omitted.

Bob and his family were interned in Poston during WWII. Bob was also an Army veteran, a staff sergeant in the Korean War, serving with the 25th Signal Co. in Radio/Transmitter repair. He also worked as an Electrical Engineer with Rockwell Autonetics/Boeing for over 30 years. After retirement, he taught electronics classes at local community colleges. He is survived by his wife Grace; children, Ron (Carolyn) of Kapa'a HI, Paul, Gale Zimmerman of Beaverton OR, Kent (Becky) of Beaverton OR; eight grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
